| Japanese Sake | Japanese Sake Problem

It is very common in Japan to see many drunk people (especially business men).

I’m not talking about casual drinking after work kind of deal. Talking about serious drunk old folks puking on every corner of the train station.
Unlike California, where you can’t buy tobaco or alcohol from a vending machine, in Japan it is very easy for any body to obtain such toxic substances.

Tobaco vending machines are in every corner of the street, and alcohol can be purchased without IDs. (quite good for party animals I guess…)

However, it is not a nice scene to find such sake drinks laying around on the streets like the photo bellow. Wake up Japan!! I love it!! but it is a problem!!
